Health Revolution is run by Diana Taylor, a qualified Nutritionist and Advanced Dietary Supplements Advisor.
As a Qualified Diet and Nutrition Coach Diana advises on the benefits of Nutrition, Dietary Supplementation, exercise and mind body techniques for weight management, general health and wellness.
She especially looks at fighting against lifestyle diseases like Diabetes, Heart Disease, Arthritis and Alzheimer’s.
Diana’s specialist area is in the latest nutritional, anti-ageing protocols which help you to live longer, better – helping you to turn back the clock at a cellular level.
Diana’s markets her services at the over 50’s who want to remain healthy, vibrant and independent for as long as possible. She wants to help people to avoid the many lifestyle diseases that are faced as we get older.
She uses her knowledge on the latest anti-ageing science and tailors them to her client’s individual needs, the results speak for themselves.
She offers a coaching service as she knows from personal experience that KNOWING is not DOING and it’s not always easy to stay on the right path. Having a mentor and someone to be accountable to is a huge part of the battle, her magic is in the on-going support she offers.
Diana got involved in Health when she herself was going through a health crisis. She was 15 kilos heavier than she is today and had been hospitalized for hypertension BP 200/160, she had a host of allergies and a duodenal ulcer. She ate the wrong foods, drank too much alcohol, had money worries and a very stressful job. At this point Diana was taking an assortment of over the counter medication to ease the symptoms – little knowing that they were adding to the problems.
Diana’s mother had died from a heart attack at age 59 and her brother died suddenly at age 56, but on the other hand her father was in his late 80’s and fit as a fiddle.
This motivated Diana to start looking more closely at the link between lifestyle habits and illness.
Her research took her to Functional medicine, which teaches you to look at the underlying causes of illness rather than just putting a plaster over every sore. It set her on a remarkable journey back to health, by changing her lifestyle through correct nutrition, functional fitness, mind/body stress release and dietary health supplements.
Diana’s Dad is now 92, takes little or no medication, still dances a couple of times a week and is fit in mind and body and is an inspiration to many, including Diana.
