Generation Strength is a no gimmicks approach to getting the body you want. We are fed so much damaging information from the fitness and nutrition industry such as juice detoxes, endless cardio, starvation diets, product selling and the latest trends in order to achieve our fat loss goals.

Allow me to introduce myself, I am Gemma Schofield. I am a UK-REPS certified Personal Trainer, an Advanced Nutritional Advisor and Health Coach with a BSc in Exercise Science & Nutrition. I use a holistic approach that focuses on exercise, nutrition and lifestyle. Together we will co-create an eating plan, considering any food intolerances, allergies and preferences in order to find the perfect diet for you. We will create an individualised exercise programme that effectively helps you reach your goals faster and addresses any postural issues, muscular imbalances and movement problems. I will take into consideration your lifestyle patterns and habits such as sleep, stress and your relationship with food. Together we will build positive habit-based changes that will last long after you’ve finished working with me.

I specialise in fat loss with the following methods;

I offer a free consultation, which can be booked via my website, and together we will find the best approach for you.

I am based in Málaga centre but I serve clients in Torremolinos, Benálmadena and Fuengirola.
