Female Personal Trainer Marbella is run by Janina, who has been working on the Costa del sol as a personal trainer for the last 7 years. After noticing the majority of her clients were women she decided to design personal training packages solely for females of all fitness levels and ages.
During her time as a female trainer she has gained a vast wealth of experience in health, fitness and nutrition. She aims to share these experiences with women who want to change their own lives and has programs to suit everyone’s needs.
As a mother of two she under stands the difficulties women have to fit training into everyday life so she offers bespoke training programs to suit her clients needs. She works closely with all her clients and listens to their goals, where they be weight loss, get fitter, toning up, eat more healthily or simply to relieve stress.

Bespoke Personal Training
Janina offers a personal training service based on your individual goals and well being.
She starts by reviewing your current fitness level, lifestyle and eating habits. She then conducts a Bodystat 1500 analysis test (a world class body composition measurement, analysis and tracking device used by fitness centres around the world). This helps her to create a program that is relevant to your short and long term goals ensuring maximum results.
Personal Training are provided in her studio in Elviria, Marbella, your home, hotel, park or beach.
If you are training away from the studio Janina will travel to your location equipped with numerous pieces of equipment to help you achieve your results, including a range of kettle bells, dumbbells, medicine balls, sandbags, skipping rope, boxing gloves etc.
Personal training sessions for those on holiday (whether it be for a short weekend break or the whole of the summer) can be accommodated for.
28 Day Ladies Marbella Boot Camp
Women’s ONLY 28 day body transformation challenge based in Marbella.
The 28 Day challenge is target women with the below goals;
